Meet The Team

Curtis Bailey

Curtis Bailey’s passion for education, sports, and renewable energy is evident throughout his career. His commitment to sustainable energy solutions and his involvement in over 5000 solar installations highlight his dedication to promoting renewable energy and reducing reliance on fossil fuels.

Curtis Bailey is a National Solar Mentor and Master Trainer at Sunbeam Energy & Solar Services based in Denver, Colorado. He has been in this role since July 2021, providing training and mentorship in the field of solar energy.

Additionally, Curtis serves as a Trainer and Mentor at Powur PBC Enterprise since July 2020, working remotely from Denver. He offers guidance and support to individuals in the renewable energy industry.

From March 2020 to May 2023, Curtis worked as a self-employed Online Sales Training Specialist at The Sales Blueprint, providing sales training services online.

Previously, Curtis held the position of Regional Sales Manager at EcoMark Solar in the Fort Collins, Colorado Area from October 2015 to March 2020. He was responsible for overseeing sales activities and managing a team within the solar energy solutions company.

From January 2009 to March 2020, Curtis worked as a Solutions Lead at Freedom Solar in Denver, contributing to the development and implementation of solar energy solutions.

Before his involvement in the renewable energy field, Curtis worked as a Sales Representative for Wyndham Worldwide for nine years, from 2006 to 2015.

Bill Wotochek

Bill Wotochek has decades of experience in growing and developing national and international franchise brands. 

He has consulted over 100 franchisors and thousands of franchisees on best practices for growing their brands and businesses.  With a focus on operations, optimal staffing, technology implementation, and KPI tracking systems, he takes a well-rounded approach to business growth and optimization.

He has also led large teams in the building and development of large-scale commercial construction projects.  With a focus on outer shell and rooftop projects, his experience includes millions of square feet of development. 

Average projects ranged from $100,000 to over $10,000,000.  Responsibilities included analyzing plans and specifications, working and communicating diligently with the developers and owners, using advanced takeoff software to create detailed estimates, creating and maintaining project timelines, cost reporting, and progress reports, implementing safety procedures to maintain OSHA compliance, and utilizing line item cost profit analysis to ensure projects are completed within budget.

Chris Ebersberg

Chris Ebersberg is a seasoned renewable energy executive with over 20 years in the industry along with various other executive leadership roles. 

Currently, in his role as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Zero Point Energy and PowerHaus USA – his primary and driving mission within the vast renewable energy space is: “Promise Made – Promise Delivered”. According to Chris; “Our mission is dependent upon our clients and referrals to rely upon us to deliver exactly what was promised. Furthermore, promise only which is right for the client and that which we can deliver.”

Chris’ renewable energy activites are based in Denver, Colorado However, the footprint served reaches 22 States and counting.

Prior to his current role, Ebersberg was the CEO of Hypergrid Technologies LLC for the past five years. Hypergrid Technologies offered its clients consulting and hybrid micro and nano – grid energy systems joining Direct Current technologies with intelligent production and distribution attributes. This new energy grid is really a Hypergrid – Smart, Clean, Sustainable and Fast. Hypergrid Technologies serves as an integrator of these technologies.

As CEO, Ebersberg aimed to build a strong team and prioritize people, planet, before profits.

Additionally, Ebersberg has founded and held leadership positions in various ventures.

He is the Founder and General Manager of Sun Light Research and Testing, which operated in Colorado offering education, training, and researching for indoor cultivation Solar/DC driven technologies. Moreover, Ebersberg served as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Solar Cultivation Technologies, Inc., where he played a crucial role in developing and deploying clean and efficient cultivation technologies. This company was later purchased by a publicly traded National agricultural company.

He also founded the Colorado Solar Initiative, a self-employed venture focused on residential solar energy solutions for neighborhoods and individuals wishing to promote the cause of a cleaner more sustainable Colorado.

Throughout his career, Ebersberg has showcased skills in sales processes and presentations, which have contributed to his success in the renewable energy and construction industries having held a Class A Commercial Contractors License for almost a decade.

Ebersberg held a faculty position at Red Rocks Community College – the campus which hosted the renewable energy program for Colorado’s Front-Range Community College colletive. Chris’ work at the college led to the cirruclum and basis for the original NABCEP Solar Sales Certification.

Chris has held executive positions in various sales and marketing companies both in the US and in Europe.

Ventures Include – NuSkin Europe – National Field Liaison to the company in the European Expansion – over 10,000 independent sales reps developed and supported. (over 40,000 independent sales reps were involved in Chris’ sales organization with the NuSkin venture)

 Vision Travel, GMBH – Berlin, Germany – Chris built the largest individual travel agency in Berlin, Germany. Using state-of-the-art technologies and leading edge directs sales advanced training, Chris and his team pioneered the direct sales model for travel sales in Germany. This venture saw the development of over 250 independent travel agents representing thousands of travel destinations.

As the Senior Manager for Sunrun Mountain West, Chris was able to develop a failing Colorado team, on the verge of being shut down, to the flagship team for the company. Chris was awarded the inaugural edition of Sunrun’s National Edison Award – Given to the manager who has brought the single most value to the company nationally. The Colorado team was able to move from $500,000 +/- revenue per month to over $5,000,000 within 30 months.

Prior to Sunrun, Chris was active as a senior consultant at SolarCity (Tesla). Having achieved the Elon Muck 1% team twice consecutively, Chris was able to achieve over 400 installations during his brief 3 year sales career at SolarCity.

Since then, Chris teams have installed over 8,500 projects – both residential and commercial.

Chris considers himself ‘less of a super-hero and more of an attractor of super-heros’. You can rest assured if Chris and his team are on your project, then Promise Made will be Promise Delivered!
